In the spring of 2003, Alice began to write The Glory of Being, to develop her personal theology. Her understanding of spirituality had changed significantly in those years prior to writing. At the time, she did not know that she was deconstructing, or had deconstructed, or that deconstruction is a normal part of maturing spiritually. Her thoughts continue to change and grow, to the extent that The Glory of Being is now out of print. If you happen upon a copy, please read it with a grain of salt.

Until 2019, Alice worked as a psychologist in Fredericton, NB, Canada. In her office, she shared many stories with those who came to her for help. In 2011, she published Reaching for Wholeness, a compendium of her stories and tools, hoping that readers can find their way toward personal wholeness, in their search for satisfying intimate relationships.
