Alice is a Level Three Dream Teacher through the Robert Moss School of Active Dreaming. Dreams are so important for our mental and physical wellbeing that we spend about a quarter of our sleep time in dreamland. We may not remember, but we all do dream. Here is a sampling of the workshops Alice can offer:

Short Seminars

  • An Introduction to Dreamwork (One or two hours)
    • In a one hour interactive seminar, Alice will teach you the Lightning Dreamwork Process, a quick and focused template for sharing dreams around the breakfast table, in a coffee shop, in a conversation with a friend, or even in a grocery store line. It is that quick. Designed to be lightning fast, the process can hone in on the essence of your dream, and offer next steps in honoring that dream.
    • A two hour seminar includes the above, as well as plenty of time for Q and A, and a good round of the Coincidence Game.

A Full Day Introductory Workshop

  • Empowered by Dreams – In this full day workshop, you will experience all of the above, as well as learn how to re-enter your dreams to access more detail and understand the messages you need to hear. Learn how to tap into a wealth of knowledge about yourself, your relationships, and your future. Benefit in your waking life from the energy and creativity of your dreams. The insights of your fellow dreamers is invaluable.

Two Day Workshops

  • A weekend / two day workshop includes all of the above basic tools, with the second day taking participants into other areas of interest:
    • Allies, Guides, and the Gift of Nightmare – Even the scariest dreams can be turned around with conscious dream intention. Recurring dreams are simply the dreamworld trying harder and harder to get a message through to you, turning up the volume, so to speak.
    • Star in Your Own Dream Theatre – In a group setting, an energetic dream can become theatre. Cast fellow participants as dream images – someone is a door, another the window, maybe a wall, or the path. Each aspect of the dream is given a voice, and the dream can be “dreamed forward” together.
    • Your Creative Muse – How can your dreams feed your creativity? Is there a poem or a song ready to be born? A piece of art? A sculpture? Even giving birth to your own transformation is a creative process.
    • Dreaming With Your Inner Donkey – An obscure story about a talking donkey, buried in ancient scriptures, invites us to open our eyes to the unseen, and our ears to the voice of Nature.
    • Dreaming With the Wild – Open yourself to the voices of the Land, of the Trees, of the Water. Find your place of Belonging, and enter into relationship with the Sacred Wild.
    • Dreaming Your Life Purpose – What do you truly desire? Your soul knows. Your dreams whisper truths. Are you listening? Sometimes nightmare is the only way your subconscious can get your attention. Instead of running, stop, turn, and confront the scary thing that is chasing you. You might be running from the very answers you seek.

Consider Hosting a workshop or seminar for your friends, spiritual community, or workplace. As host, your attendance will be complimentary.
